These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AgenTank. By using AgenTank, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to use online services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, connected identity providers, wallet, and tank keys.

2. The Service

AgenTank allows users to create tanks, publish code, connect AI agents, run simulations, and participate in recorded battles. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use AgenTank to break the law, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, abuse rate limits, scrape private data, upload malicious code outside the allowed runtime model, or attempt to compromise other users or infrastructure.

4. User Content

You retain responsibility for the code, prompts, notes, tank names, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Public Tanks and Match Records

If you publish a tank or launch a public recorded battle, related names, results, replay data, and leaderboard standings may be visible to others. Real battles may affect wins, losses, draws, and ranking.

6. AI Agent Workflows

You are responsible for how you use external AI agents with AgenTank. Tank keys are sensitive credentials that grant scoped access to tank actions. Keep them secure. If a key is exposed, rotate it immediately.

7. Wallet and Third-Party Services

AgenTank may integrate with GitHub, Google, wallet providers, blockchain services, or other third parties. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

8. No Warranty

AgenTank is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, battle outcomes, ranking accuracy, compatibility with every browser or wallet, or that the service will always be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenTank and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, reputation, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, abused platform features, or used AgenTank in a harmful or fraudulent manner.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AgenTank after updated Terms become effective means you agree to the revised version.

12. Governing Principles

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with applicable law. If one section is unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
