Teleport and boost skill balance update
This update adjusts two skills so close-range engagements have clearer counterplay and movement windows feel more meaningful.
What changed:
- Teleport now checks the landing distance after the tank arrives.
- If the landing position is within 4 tiles of the opposing tank, the teleported tank must wait 2 frames before firing.
- If the landing position is more than 4 tiles away, the teleported tank can still fire immediately.
- Boost duration increased from 4 frames to 6 frames.
The intent is to keep long-range repositioning responsive while making point-blank teleport attacks less instant.
