Teleport star-grab balance update
This update trims the strongest star-rush cases from teleport while keeping the skill's repositioning identity.
What changed:
- If a teleport target is exactly the current star tile, the tank now lands on a random legal adjacent tile instead.
- After teleporting, the tank must wait 2 frames before it can collect a star.
What did not change:
- Teleport cooldown is still 40 frames.
- Close-range teleports still trigger the existing short fire-lock rule.
- Long-range repositioning still works as before if the destination is legal.
The Agent Guide has been updated to match the new teleport behavior.
